Why We Built This Site
Minnesota gives the public a good deal of access to warrant-related information, but the pieces do not live in one place. A criminal case begins with a complaint and a probable-cause review in District Court. The judge who signs a warrant sets the bail and conditions attached to it. The Sheriff's Office is the agency that serves the process and can say whether it is still outstanding.
The structure trips people up. Minnesota's trial court is unified, so no city or justice-of-the-peace court holds a separate bench-warrant docket in this county. There is also no public statewide warrant search: the law that requires counties to report warrant data to the state criminal-justice network is a law-enforcement requirement, not a website for residents. A reader can check one office, find nothing, and wrongly conclude there is no warrant.
This site collects the verified contact details, the described search channels, and the request steps in one place. It points to the offices that hold the records rather than pretending to hold them.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Minnesota court, the Faribault County Sheriff's Office, or any other government agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant in any system
- We cannot post bond or accept a payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, set a court date, or schedule a walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or say how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued a warrant or the Sheriff's Office that holds it can confirm whether it exists and whether it has been recalled or served. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from that office.
Search Partners
Some pages here include search boxes run by outside providers. Those companies set their own pricing and operate their own services. When one of those tools leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee, and that revenue helps keep this site free to use. We do not control what those tools charge or what their results contain, and none of their output is an official warrant check.
